We accept various payment methods, including Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Please ensure your billing details are accurate and up to date.

7. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of payment confirmation. We’ll also honor your first refund request—no questions asked.

8. Your Feedback Matters

We appreciate your input! Any feedback or submissions you provide may be used by TANGO B5 LIMITED without limitations. We also reserve the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates our Terms.

10. Cancellation & Dispute Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription period.

If a subscription is cancelled after a renewal payment has been processed, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, unless the customer is eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy outlined below.

Trial subscriptions automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial expires.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the trial within the stated trial timeframe to avoid being charged.

If a customer believes a charge has been made in error or wishes to dispute a transaction, they are encouraged to first contact our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a formal dispute. All dispute inquiries must be submitted within 14 days from the transaction date and should include relevant details such as the customer’s account email, transaction reference, and a description of the issue. Upon receipt of a dispute request, we will review the case and respond within 5–10 business days. During this period, we may request additional information or documentation to assist with the investigation. If the issue cannot be resolved directly and the customer initiates a chargeback through their bank or card issuer, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Customers acknowledge that initiating a chargeback may result in temporary account suspension while the case is under review. We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, account activity logs, and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions to the payment processor or issuing bank as part of the dispute resolution process.

11. Correcting Errors

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. TANGO B5 LIMITED reserves the right to correct any mistakes or inaccuracies in service-related information. We are not obligated to make updates unless legally required.

12. Progress Evaluation

We are committed to ongoing improvement. Both the Client and TANGO B5 LIMITED will evaluate progress quarterly and take appropriate corrective actions to stay aligned with our shared goals.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, TANGO B5 LIMITED makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance. All services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind.

14. Billing

TANGO B5 LIMITED reserves the right to decline orders and may set restrictions on the quantity of items purchased per individual, household, or order. Payment options include Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa Card. Customers must provide accurate purchase and account details, updating them promptly as needed. During registration, customers can opt for a 7-day or 3-day trial period for €2.35. If the subscription continues beyond the trial, it will automatically convert to the Pro plan at €49.99 per month, the Business plan at €69.99 per month, or the Enterprise plan at €89.99 per month. TANGO B5 LIMITED may preauthorize renewal fees. If a user requests a refund, the renewal amount can be canceled and swiftly refunded to the original payment method.
